**Each and Every One of Us**

While community leaders are acknowledged for their contributions, it's vital to remember that they are still integral members of the community. The essence of PalPaw is to bring value to the community, irrespective of a member's tenure or role. Every community member's voice should be valued, decisions should be made with the collective good in mind, and all members should be aligned towards common goals for the community.

Reflecting on the community's mission, it's crucial to embrace the introduction of new members to PalPaw, regardless of their experience in DeFi markets. Continuous onboarding is a fundamental aspect of our community's growth strategy, and we must welcome newcomers warmly, guiding them through their journey in the crypto space.

The PalPaw community knows no boundaries; this inclusivity extends across all demographics. Geographic regions and cultural differences are not barriers. We extend a warm invitation to new members from every corner of the globe, irrespective of native language, religion, and more. To facilitate this inclusivity, upon the request of any international community, the team will endeavor to provide the necessary infrastructure for community members to convene. At present, these international communities primarily communicate through Telegram.
